Return/Exchange & ShippingInformation

At Signature Outfitter, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and top-quality products. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we’ve designed a clear and simple return, exchange, and shipping policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.

ShippingInformation

We are committed to delivering your products promptly. Here’s what you can expect once you place an order:
  • • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, our sales representative will confirm your details over the phone. Your order is only considered confirmed once this confirmation call is made.
  • • Processing Time: The time it takes to process your order depends on the product you’ve selected. Once confirmed, we will dispatch the order from our warehouse.

DeliveryTimes

  • • Major Cities in Pakistan: Delivery within major cities generally takes 72 hours after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • • Other Locations in Pakistan: For other areas, it usually takes 4 to 5 working days to receive your product once it’s shipped.

Returns& Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to make the process easy. Please read through our return and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Exchange Policy (3 Days)

We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can exchange it within 3 days under the following conditions:

  • • Eligibility for Exchange: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • • Exchange Options: You can exchange it for the same product (different size) or another product of equal value.
  • • Courier Charges: The customer is responsible for covering courier charges for exchanges.
  • • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, the exchange process will take 3-5 business days.
  • • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is not according to the size ordered or is damaged/defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will be required to share a screenshot via WhatsApp or email. We will cover the exchange shipping cost in such cases.

Refund Policy (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return your order within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • • Eligibility for Return: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • • Refund Processing: After the 14-day period, we will not be able to process any refunds.
  • • Courier Charges: The customer is responsible for covering the courier charges for returns.
  • • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is not according to the size ordered or is damaged/defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will be required to share a screenshot via WhatsApp or email.

Refund/CashbackPolicy

If you wish to get a refund, please reach out to us within 14 working days. Here’s how the process works:
  • • Refund Process: Our representative will contact you and arrange for the product to be collected from your location (if available). We will process your refund via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash, based on your preference.
  • • Refund Conditions: The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • • Refund Amount: You will receive 70% of the invoice amount back if the product is returned in the proper condition.
  • • Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed within 10 days after the product is collected from your location.
  • • Bank Charges: Any applicable bank charges related to the refund will be the customer’s responsibility.

Note:

If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the delivery charges for the exchange and provide a 100% refund for your product once it’s returned to our warehouse.
