- • Major Cities in Pakistan: Delivery within major cities generally takes 72 hours after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- • Other Locations in Pakistan: For other areas, it usually takes 4 to 5 working days to receive your product once it’s shipped.
Returns& Exchanges Policy

Exchange Policy (3 Days)
We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can exchange it within 3 days under the following conditions:
- • Eligibility for Exchange: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- • Exchange Options: You can exchange it for the same product (different size) or another product of equal value.
- • Courier Charges: The customer is responsible for covering courier charges for exchanges.
- • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, the exchange process will take 3-5 business days.
- • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is not according to the size ordered or is damaged/defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will be required to share a screenshot via WhatsApp or email. We will cover the exchange shipping cost in such cases.
To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days from the date you receive the parcel.
Refund Policy (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return your order within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- • Eligibility for Return: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- • Refund Processing: After the 14-day period, we will not be able to process any refunds.
- • Courier Charges: The customer is responsible for covering the courier charges for returns.
- • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is not according to the size ordered or is damaged/defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will be required to share a screenshot via WhatsApp or email.
To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel.
Refund/Cashback Policy
If you wish to get a refund, please reach out to us within 14 working days. Here’s how the process works:
- • Refund Process: Our representative will contact you and arrange for the product to be collected from your location (if available). We will process your refund via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash, based on your preference.
- • Refund Conditions: The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- • Refund Amount: You will receive 70% of the invoice amount back if the product is returned in the proper condition.
- • Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed within 10 days after the product is collected from your location.
- • Bank Charges: Any applicable bank charges related to the refund will be the customer’s responsibility.
Note:
If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the delivery charges for the exchange and provide a 100% refund for your product once it’s returned to our warehouse.
